Non-Refundable Services
All sales for services are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

Any live, scheduled, digital, or pre-recorded spiritual service
Due to the personalized, time-based, and intangible nature of these services, once a service has been purchased, scheduled, delivered, or accessed, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be permitted.
Refund Eligibility for Physical Products
Refunds are available only for physical merchandise, including:

To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

The item must be returned in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Golden Truth Tarot reserves the right to refuse a refund if returned merchandise shows signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused during shipping.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Inspection and Refund Processing
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on the financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the product as delivered.
